Acceptable Use Policy

These rules protect customers, networks and third parties from harmful or illegal use of HostXora services.

Last updated: 22 June 2026

Prohibited activity

You may not use HostXora services for illegal activity or content, unsolicited bulk messaging, phishing, credential theft, malware, botnets, denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized access, scanning without permission, copyright infringement or fraud.

Resource abuse

Workloads must remain within purchased resource limits. Activities that degrade shared infrastructure, evade limits, operate abusive public proxies or create excessive network complaints may be restricted.

Security responsibility

Customers must keep software updated, use strong credentials and respond to security notices. Compromised services may be isolated until the issue is resolved.

IP reputation

IP addresses are provided for legitimate use. HostXora cannot guarantee acceptance by every third-party website, email service or platform. IP replacement may involve a fee and is subject to availability.

Enforcement

We may investigate complaints, request information, limit traffic, suspend or terminate services when reasonably necessary. Severe or urgent abuse may be acted upon without advance notice.

Reporting abuse

Send abuse reports through the Contact page with the affected IP, timestamps, logs and relevant evidence. We review valid reports and may preserve information where legally required.
