HostXora policies

Terms of Service

These terms explain the agreement between HostXora and customers using our website, RDP, VPS, wallet and support services.

Last updated: 22 June 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account, adding wallet balance or ordering a service, you agree to these terms and all linked policies. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information.

2. Services

HostXora provides managed access to virtual servers and related support. Infrastructure may be supplied by upstream providers. Specifications, locations and estimated setup times are displayed before ordering but may change when an equivalent or better configuration is required.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your login, server credentials and activity performed through your services. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud or security threats.

4. Payments and wallet

Wallet credits are added after payment verification. Fraudulent, reversed or disputed payments may result in suspension. Wallet balance is not a bank account and is subject to the Refund Policy.

5. Provisioning and renewals

Provisioning begins after a successful wallet order. Services must be renewed before expiry. Expired services may be suspended or deleted, and recovery is not guaranteed.

6. Acceptable use

All services are governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity can result in immediate suspension without refund where necessary to protect users, networks or third parties.

7. Availability

We work to provide reliable service, but maintenance, attacks, upstream issues and events outside reasonable control may cause interruptions. Any SLA or credit must be explicitly stated for the selected plan.

8. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, HostXora is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Customers must maintain their own backups.

9. Changes

We may update these terms when products, laws or operations change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
